9.2 Professional I am a relative newcomer to the Oracle Application Server environment.

I have mostly followed the Im try install Oracle 10g in SuSE 9.2
./runInstaller
But Im have ERROR

Yes i vote definitelfy for 10g.
Even with async on no problem.
Make shure you use the plain 10.1.0.3.
Not the 10.1.0.2 - > patch 10.1.0.3.
