Has anyone heard about plans for certifying the 10g RDBMS on SLES9 as
a supported database tier for Apps 11.5.10? The certification matix
only lists 10g as supported for RHAS so far for the Hallo.
this is BUG 4061041

Hi group
I created a template from a stand alone single node database using dbca
and used that to create a database with a 4-node RAC setup on SLES9 SP2
RC2.
I can startup the first instance10g databases work fine with openmotif 2.1. I have both 10.1.0.4 and AS
9.0.4 running on the same box with openmotif 2.1 which is really only
required for Forms and Reports.

I wanted to let everyone know (as if everyone wasn 't aware) that 10gR2
RDBMS is available. It is downloadable from http //otn.otacle.com
It even works!
(c) Copyright 1999 Oracle Corporation. Has someone installed AS 9.0.4 and DB 10.1 on the same SLES box (8)?
AS 9.0.4 requires openmotif 2.1.30 while DB 10.1 requires openmotif 2.2.22.
How did you manage this?
Thank you. Kind regarNote 124117.1
