Well I?m installing RAC 10.2 without ASMlib (really is only needed optionally for database files thanks guys). The installation goes ok until I have to run as "root " the script rooIt is not performance issue. You should not expect better write performance
with software based NFS. Use NAS server with embedded cache storage if you
want better NFS write performance.
