directory somewhere? There you should see what the installer was doing.
You could also strace it and the last lines of stanybody successfull installing Oracle Colaboration Suite on SuSE 9.0?

I am using duplexing to store archive logs one local and duplex is on the
2nd servers NFS.

if I want to archive the redo logs there is the way to say
log_archive_desr_1 "LOCATION /archive1 "
But the location may _not_ be an NFS-mounted Directory.
What must I do You will probably need all of the packages. Any time you update your kernel you 'll have to re-link oracle which probably requires all of the packages you want to remove anyway.
