SubDoes anyone know Larry Klein? He was with Oracle as a Technical Director / DBA. He and I worked together on a couple of projects when I worked for Oracle. He was / is out of Oracle 's Chicago officeLOL never mind as soon as I clicked on "Send " it finished.
It took a couple of minutes.
Gotta love Murphy 's Law.

But if you turn 10046 on your parent session don 't the slaves start to
generate trace as well?
They should at least. Maybe you 've deleted the PQ slave traces but unix is

we have patched many of our databases with security patch #68.
But since we are not sure wether all instances were patched
I am looking for an automated way to find out which patches aWell as the error says

Action Reduce the number of recipients to 32 or less and retThis (a shared central TNSNAMES) is exactly what we 've done since 7.3.
I 've been told that Oracle doesn 't support it but we 've never had a

You figured it out. All newer security patches cover prior patches. Opatch

I tried with 10.1.0.3 in windows environment but it got failed when it
tries to create schema.
I droped existing schema before i start Grid control setup. I have to
investigate later.
On Wed OK here some (unintended off-list) email exchange I had with Dennis about
the topic. Thank you Dennis I bring it on-list again.
