Since we are on 9205 I decided to go with 9206.

Is this 10g? If so it might be part of the Oracle Notification System
(ONS). My
listener was running hot due to a port conflit with 10g Grid Control.
I fixed it
by editing the listentWell in my opinion if MS were to suddenly include Perl in their
distribution of XP or whatever the I think Jared would change his
tune. -)

I saw a demo of exactly this a while back using Oracle XMLDB which
supports access by http ftp and webdav. I haven 't loaded myself but there
