I 'm trying to use dbms_advanced_rewrite.declare_query_equivalence but
getting error "SP2-0027 Input is too long ( > 2499 characters) " because

I finally have completed obtaining manually installing and configuring
OID 10.1.2.1.0 w/LDAP-based (Single Master) replication. I connect to
the Supplier and Consumer nodes via oidadmin aOracle 10.2.0.2 AIX 5.3
I 've got a couple queries that are taking a lot longer to parse since
upgrading from 8.0.6 to 10.2.0.2. I 've posted about these earlier -
they are 20+ table outer joins andBeen there. Done that. Bounced the instance.
This is the rare case they are right. -)
