There is a plan to have Veritas DMP manage a set of luns on one symmetrix frame
which would have clustered Vxfs on I take it you don 't have metalink access? One search for "etherchannel "
turned up 296856.1 which states "On AIX 5L NIC teaming can be achieved by
using either Network Interface Backup (NIB) or EtherCNo you do not need to FTP any files. The RMAN catalog will find the
files that are of the correct backup set and perform the duplication.
Read up on DB cloning - this sounds like what you are attempOf course one thing to note here is that there is not a separate product called RAC Extended Cluster. This is simply an implementation of RAC across a set of nodes that can be some distance from eacCan you join aud$ and audit_actions to pull useful information?

Hi all
Does anyone know the reasoning of having odd number of voting disks in

Thanks

The problem **probably** existed once you switched the domain. Since your RMAN connection failed due to insufficient privs it never came till starting backup. I would suspect the domain first before Folks

Since your question did not receive a reply I 'm guessing the answer isn 't a
simple one. Memory requirements are significantly different in 10g (guess
more). Are you truly only concerned with It 's the same code base pretty much as the paid for editions it doesn 't get
patched/maintained in the same way but still it is as ready for production
use as the release upon which it was based.

If what you want are just the lower ASCII characters or just thoThis probably will not work if domain server is not reachable or the
authentication is set to NONE.
If you try to connect via a local listener with remote password file
exclusive you should be able Try this
alter session set nls_date_format 'YYYY-MM-DD hh mm ss '

Showing rac-wide information (like sessions waits stats etc.) is easy just use gv$* insetead of v$* views. The gv$ views are implemented with special processes (PZ99) which are responsible for Donald
What is your error? Are you able to truncate all of the tables or is
the fact that a constraint exists (even though disabled) preventing your
truncate from working?

-----------Something funny for sure. But it is tough to buy. I don 't believe AQ will
read tnsnames at runtime even it stores propogation infor into tables (if
set-up).
My only theory is it could be that all tAt 10 42 AM 4/12/2007 Baumgartel Paul wrote
