I have a strange but interesting problem. I have three tables with below
structure I need to generate a text file using a PL/SQL block on the basis
of below criteria

and get a proper cardinality by the way the version of the test database is
9.2.0.8 so it 's ok however the production is 9.2.Hi Cheng
Maybe you would ned to open an SR for this. There are some 9.2
cbo-related bugs fixed on CPUs since the release of 9.2.0.8 . Your
9.2.0.8 is patched with any of them?
It would a case for Hi all
I have a query which involves three table joins a range predicate with dates
with bind variables. The predicate asks for a 30 minutes range data.

I was a lucky guy to meet with ASM for the first time 3 years ago on a non-RAC environment on Windows2003 and I was surprised how it worked well. Although we had only 3 mirrored disk
You can read the text of the statspack package and reports in the varous
sp*.sql in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin. I can 't remember which
file at the moment but one of them shows you that

Interesting. Thanks Niall.
Also thanks to Chris for his reply.
Has anyone else on the list used ASM on Windows?

I have heart a mention of this feature in LewisC podcast and also in Oracle

Just put blah_col in as the value when the prompt comes up ?

Table dropped.

Data Guard 2 servers each 4 CPU 's.
EE required 8 * 25k 200K.
Active Data Guard can 'justify ' the extra license cost for a standby.
Active Data Guard yes if another 8 * 5K try ... where blah_col blah_col
(just put the column name in the & variable).

At this point we 've opened a SR with Oracle to followup on the outage
itself but I need I 'm looking for a good way to determine total Oracle memory usage taking
shared memory into account using standard Unix/Linux tools. I can of
course easily determine how much memory the database It might actually be a good idea IF the price on EE itself is reduced.

established options mildly interesting as well.
