Read the apache file error_log ... it's in the "log" directory :P
It should provide insight as to why this isn't starting normally...

Hi,
I am using Oracle 9.2.0 on Redhat Linux 7.2 .My problem is intially I
could start the Apache server from $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/bin by
./apachectl start
now I modified the httpd.conf file and added a Alias entry to the file .
After that I am unable to start the apache .I tried removing the entry
still I am unable to start the apache.Any inputs ?? plz.
