priority changes all the time - it depends on how much time it has already had on the cpu and on your priority table

Subject: different oracle server process has different priority value in the same instance
Hi, friends:
I noticed that the different oracle server processes have different
priority value , and all the oracle process belong to the same instance,
spawned by the same listener.
I cannot understand it.How can this happen?
The following is the result of top, look at the PRI column of the top
output.
And some oraclel process has more threads, while others not.(the THR
column).
