Gudundur - How are you backing up the datafile? What is producing the error
- Oracle? Do you receive an error message? If so, please post.

We're receiving:

Bad check value found during backing up datafile
Data in bad block -

in the alert log. I can't find any notes about this exact error on
MetaLink. Any pointers?
