Hi, thanks to all suggestions, I did my best to fixe the paper based on your
commentaries, about cost adj, it tookme some time to investigate to have a
more serious and global opinion.

The only interesting I could find for most expert users are the "good hints"
from Tom Kyte, I included in the paper.
