I wouldn't misunderestimate (now, I'm talking Texan, too) the need of the executives
to have very strict and unrealistic SLA's. That way, they can always find a sacrificial
lamb. You should know gooder (Texan is marvelous, isn't it?) then that and make sure that
you can always blame somebody else.
