If you read the text of the error message it refers to a quota on the
segment owner. See who owns it and check his/her quota on the tablespace
mentioned in the error.

On a 9207 db on Windows, I have users receiving ORA-01536 errors. I have
made sure they have unlimited quotas on all of the tablespaces and have made
sure there is plenty of space in the tablespaces. Any ideas on why they
might be continuing to get this error?
