Hi;
I need to clone a 2 node system to a 1 node system.
I have followed NOTES 230672.1 and 233428.1
The 2 notes did not make it clear as to how I should go about the clone.
I did the following.
I followed NOTE 230672.1 to clone the ADMIN/DB/CONCURRENT Node To the
new node.
I then began following NOTE 233428.1 to merge the APPL_TOP's.
I successfully ran the "perl adpreclone.pl appsTier merge" command on
"NODE A".
I get the following error when I attempt to run "perl adpreclone.pl
appltop
merge" on the other 2 nodes:
applmgr@(protected)
_mxccdbn2
-->perl adpreclone.pl appltop merge
Running adgenhfver.pl with command...
perl /opt/oracle/product/apps/prodappl/ad/11.5.0/bin/adgenhfver.pl
isPrimary=n applsysusr=APPLSYS
tempdir=/opt/oracle/product/apps/prodcomn/temp
Please enter the APPS User [APPS]:
Please enter the APPS password: mx2906
Current APPL_TOP: mxccdbn2
This is a subsequent node to be merged into the primary node.
Downloading the high version files manifest from the database...
ERROR: The Manifest is not ready to be downloaded yet.
First run "adpreclone.pl appsTier merge" on the Primary Node and wait
for the
message saying that
you can run the preparation steps on the subsequent node(s).
Could not create the high water mark manifest...
Please re-run the program to create the manifest required for merging
APPL_TOPs.
Can someone point me in the correct direction?
Regards;
Robert Scheckle
Database Administrator
