You defintely want to upgrade to the later versions of ocfs2console and ocfs2-tools. There are bug fixes, and I do not think that you can use the SP2 ocfs2console and ocfs2-tools with the ocfs kernel module shipped with SP3. I would imagine that YOU would simply upgrade the packages, but if not I would force the update.

Sorry, I didn't get your multipath.conf as an attachment. I assume that sdc and sdd are disks out on the EMC. What is the output of multipath -v2 -l?
Is CRS or OCFS2 fencing any of the nodes?
Have you tried any failovers?
