We have Forms & Reports 10gR1 with patchset 9.0.4.2.

The reports server appears to be failing sometimes, due to unknown causes.

This appears in opmn/logs/OC4J~OC4J_BI_Forms~default_island~1

06/02/13 16:56:35 Forms session <722> aborted: unable to communicate with
runtime process

Is there any other important patch we should have applied?
