Very interesting because our production Report Server on Oracle 6i
reports (release 9ias 1.2.2.2a) just starting repeatedly failing since
last Friday.

The reports server appears to be failing sometimes, due to unknown

06/02/13 16:56:35 Forms session <722> aborted: unable to communicate
with runtime process

Is there any other important patch we should have applied?
