Hi everyone,
I'm going to install oracle 9.2.0.4 in an Intel Xeon 64 bits with SLES 9 for
x86_64, I downloaded the amd64_db_9204_Disk1/2/3.cpio.gz files and following
Arun Singh's document I see that I only need 2 patches to apply, patch 4261532
and 4233179. Problem is that I see that for patch 4233179 there was a version
for x86_64 architecture but with patch 4261532 there was only a version for
intel 64 bits, is that version good for my system?
And another question: are this the only 2 patches I need to install in order to
have a stable oracle installation on this architecture?
