We're installing a RAC database and have followed the following steps:
1) Installed Oracle Clusterware
2) Installed Oracle Database
3) Installed Oracle 10.2.0.2 Patchset in both Clusterware and Database
Oracle
Homes
4) Tried to create an ASM instance using DBCA in both nodes which is failing

with error "CRS-0210: Could not find resource ora.<nodename>.<instance>.asm"


Any clue?
