The error ocorred when trying to create a new one.

When trying to create the ASM instance the error ocorred.

Acording to the log files the instance was created in the node 1 but failed
to register in the cluster I think.

Manuel,

In DBCA, did you tell it to create an ASM instance? Or did it think one
already existed?

At what point did it signal the error?
