I had complaints (from www.sql.ru) about 'wrong result in group by , with
work-around - add order statement'.

Very bad - looks as 10.2 is not ready for production.

which I experienced in a data warehouse.

Bad thing to have end users calling you for reports with non-deterministic
results!
