Oracle 9.2.0.5 RAC - 3 nodes on Linux x86

I've never seen this before today, when it turned up once each on two of the RAC nodes - during a one hour load test. No google or Metalink hits, but it may be relevant that this database was restored earlier this afternoon from a slightly garbled cold backup ...
