Has anybody ever seen this message in their alert log? This is 9.2.0.5.0 on
Sun8 64-bit. I cloned this db from one server to a new server and recreated
the control file. I noticed this entry in the alert log:
*** SESSION ID:(5.1) 2006-05-23 07:52:27.372
*** 2006-05-23 07:52:27.372
SMON: following errors trapped and ignored:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 1, block # 1874)
ORA-01110: data file 1: '/dba02/oradata/orcl/system01.dbf'
*** 2006-05-23 07:57:34.668
Everything works fine. I can shut down and startup, I ever did a full hot
backup through RMAN.
SMON will trap errors with corrupt blks in the system tbs? And you don't
have to worry about them?
thanks.
