[suse-oracle] Oracle RAC installation problem

Replies:

Hi, I have 2 SLES 9 itanium servers where I am trying to install Oracle 9iR2 RAC
with OCFS following Arun's tutorial. The problem that I'm having is where I
install ORACM (Oracle Cluster Manager). I go thru all the screens and at the
end the progress bar stops at 99% while doing "Copying cmcfg.sbs" and in the
log the last part shows:

Calling action unixActions2.2.0.6.0 change Permissions
  source=$MY_ORACLE_HOME/oracm/bin/ocmstart.sh
  permissions=755

And it stays there forever, no error no nothing. Can someone please tell me if
there is a solution for that. I already tried checking all the previous steps
and running the installation again but I get the same error.

Thanks for the help

Jorge
