Replies:

Hi,

i cloned a running 10.1.0.5 database via "stealing" a disc-raid-set.

Startup went OK.
Changed couple of directory names which contained the hostname.
Changed entries in listener.ora.

All running OK, but

when i start EM via 'emctl start dbconsole'

I get:

Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control Release 10.1.0.5
Copyright...
http://<oldHostname>:5500/em/console/aboutApplication
Starting ....

anybody knows where it took the old hostname?

kind regards,

Toni

PS: Please do not tell me that it's unwise to change the hostname.
