as an extract of Note 293678.1:

and repository if the hostname on the server changes.

hostname_sid directory
>2) Use RepManager -action drop ( mentioned in the EM advanced Config
guide) to drop the DB Control Repository.
>3) Use emca again to reconfigure the Dbconsole including the repository.
