we patched our 10g2 server today with the #5225798 CPU patch and now the emagent on the server
runs at 100% cpu:

it ran normal and as expected prior to todays patch install. this is on a suse 10.0 x86_64 box.
i don't see much abnormal in the emagent.log or emagent.trc files:
