Hi;



I am attempting to install a 2 node RAC system.



I have followed the following installation guides:

10gR2 CRS on SLES9 x86

Build you own RAC 10g Release 2 Cluster on Linux

The installation document that comes with the release (b14203.pdf)





I have OCFS2 up and running.

I get the following error after completing the "Specify Cluster
Configuration" form:

INFO: Query Returned: CLUSTEREXCEPTION,

SEVERE: The node(s), oradbn1-priv,oradbn2-priv, does not appear to be
reachable via the private node name. The status return by the node
availability check is :



CLUSTEREXCEPTION



Please check that all the nodes in the node list are reachable via both
their public and private node names.





I can ssh to and from both nodes without error.



Any ideas?
