I am running SLES9 with Oracle10g on DellPowerEdge 2850 Intel based,

when I came today found low performance, High utilization with Oracle user
which include many oracle
processes and system suffering performance lack

I checked the error log didnt find in alert anything abnormal
but the listenr logs was showing

TNS-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00530: Protocol adapter error
 Linux Error: 24: Too many open files

Any help, in this issue?
