good day all, i have a clean install of 10g2 onto SLES10. when i go into
apply patch in the EM console the system identifies itself as Linux Itanium
and lists the itanium patches by default. i can select Linux x86-64 (AMD64/EMT64)
from the pulldown menu on platform, but i'm wondering where exactly this parameter
is set. anyone know where this is?

was going to try to use the EM to apply patchs and this is a bit annoying.
