Hi Jorge,
you have to edit vipca and comment out the lines which set LD_ASSUME_KERNEL.
Btw, you problably run in the same problem when starting srvctl. The same here. vi srvctl and comment out the lines, which set LD_ASSUME_KERNEL.
With SLES10 the old threaded library has been removed.
