Hello Ronald,
I have installed the SQL*Plus client Package as described in the link below.
But the Quest SQL*Navigator won't work. Oracle SQL*PLUS works fine.

I have also installed the ODBC-drive with the Administrator option, but this
won't work, too.

Hello Guido,

InstantClient_10_2 is not enough
You need also:

*Instant Client Package - SQL*Plus: Additional libraries and executable
for running SQL*Plus with Instant Client

The package install the missing oci.dll (Oracle Call Interface)
