RE: [suse-oracle] Libaio kernel bug on SLES9 SP3 with 9.2.0.8

Replies:

I'm willing to downgrade to any known good version of the kernel, libaio
and Oracle if necessary. Do you know of any such combinations?

I just installed "the latest" to be up to date on a brand new machine.
I'll be the only OS user, but the database is going to get pounded with
about 10 gig of sqlldr data every day so I need speed and stability. I'd
be happy to fool around with Simon Grabinar's suggestions at
http://www.grabinar.com/simon/aio.html or Fabrizio's. Heck, I'd be
willing to upgrade to 10g. Whatever works and works fast. Suggestions
welcome.

Andy
