This error is covered before. Please check environment variable
"LD_PRELOAD & LD_ASSUME_KERNEL".

export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.21 (unset for AMD64 server)
export LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libInternalSymbols.so (comes from orarun
package)
