If you have 64 bit Linux, then you can still install Grid as described here:

Very important is to install all libraries BEFORE running grid installation
(including 32 bit db library), else
you will have error in the very end without clear diagnostics.

Last downloaded OEM had a bug in installation set, which prevented 'use
existing database' option from correct installation
without a small hack (provided on the same site). But, may be, they already
fixed it.

And don't forget to edit startup scripts - Oracle's provided are not
adjusted to Linux (esp. to SuSe) well.
