Replies:

(I fixed it)

10.2.0.2 agent do not have patch.

In reality, I just copied zoneinfo information from patched system. Like
this:

scp -r orabe01.sjclab.exigengroup.com:product/agent10g/oracore/zoneinfo
product/agent10g/oracore/.;product/agent10g/bin/emctl start agent

and it helped 100%.

But you should apply patchset 10.2.0.3 and/or DST patches on OEM itself, to
have everythingg working correctly (command above
just allowed agents to run).

See metalnk 401834.1 .

Oracle uses zoneinfo from 3 places:

- system zoneinfo
- java zoneinfo - $JRE/lib/zi (it have 2 jre, $$OH/jre/1.4.2 and
$OH/jdk//jre, both independent).
- oracle zoneinfo - $OH/oracore/zoneinfo

I did not apply patches on agents, I just copy zoneinfo files. Wil
inbvestigate patch later.

PS. What is interesting - agents 10.1 are not affected, because they had a
bug and used UCT time in all cases. I run agent 10.1 on Solaris2.7 (agent
10.2 dont work on solaris 2.7).
