XDB in RAC does not start automatically 2007-03-22 - By Martin Klier

Hi Oracle admins,
I've got an Oracle XDB running on a RAC 10.2.0.2. Unfortunately, the installer
did not register them for autostart. (Why?) But I want to have it started by
CRS/OCW like every other service does.
I know, that there is a profile option "as" for services to make them start by
the clusterware, but since I cannot find any CRS profile for the service, I
cannot use crs_profile. The 10.2 documentation, Metalink and google have not
been very verbose for search terms like "xdb rac autostart" or "xdb crs
autostart".
Does anybody how to solve this one? Did I miss something? Thanks in advance!
