Sometimes the worst case can help !
This what I write here down is the worst think you can do !

I installed all products "normal" with Oracle-Installer.
All products have a segmentation fault when starting.

I took from the CD all binaries (<files>_). Installed
all in a "tst" subdirectory directly under $ORACLE_HOME/bin.
Wrote a scripte to "expand" those files via oiuncomp from
CD directory orainst.
Changed user and group, changed mode to 755.
Moved all files into original $ORACLE_HOME/bin.

And everything is up and running !

This is only a test machine for me ! Never do this for
you and *never* for a production system !
