Analyze index validate structure
  checks the index for self-consistency

analyze table xxx validate structure cascade;
  checks that the table is valid and consistent
  with all its indexes. i.e. if a row exists it is
  indexed and if an index entry exists there is
  a matching row.

This checks every index, and remember that it locks the table
