Also (aside note), there are one bug in 10.2.0.3 related to hash joins
using excess memory (above pga_aggregate_target).



I recommend getting a "snap" at peak time with the SQLAREAT tools from
Carlos Sierra of Oracle (Note 238684.1) . This tool is great to detect
improper PGA memory usage/bad plans.

Also a statspack snap would reveal if there's something wrong (multipass
execs from the PGA report).
