Try this to view the searched libs from the runInstaller: export LD_DEBUG=libs;./runInstaller;unset LD_DEBUG
After that check your LD_LIBRARY_PATH and /or LIBPATH

Appears to be something new. As per metalink (Doc ID:Note:414163.1), please make sure environment variable LD_ASSUME_KERNEL is not there (or unset).
Let us know, If you find some work-around.
