1) Metalink: IT is SLES9 bug, id 165140. Fix exists, but we dont know when it wil be applied.
2) Bugzilla @ Novell: Access Denied You are not authorized to access bug #165140.
Bug is not fixed in kernel 286, and Novell closed SP4 beta from everyone except a very few beta testers, so I can't test it.

While testinbg Oracle 10.2 on SLES9 SP3 (last update) , with
- lvm - reiserfs - iSCSI - heavy IO (TPC-C hammerora test)
I got a few times:
