upgrade to 10.2.0.3; 10.2.0.1 had a few bugs (one was funny - sqlplus
sticked if OS uptime > 200+ days)

SLES9 SP3 update 287 (last update) is a very stable OS, so if you dont need
any of SLS10 features, use it instead.
